We provide a broad range of counseling, outreach, and referral services to aid female Veterans and their families. We help provide guidance through many of the major adjustments in lifestyle that often occur after a female Veteran returns from combat. Our facility is located in Petersburg, Virginia. Centrally located to be accessible to all residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia, Blandford Manor encourages independence while providing support and peace-of-mind to residents and their families in an environment that feels like home. Our residential and rehabilitative services allow us to make our veteran's lives healthier and easier, especially those who have served our country. We invite all female veterans to visit the manor.
Upon admission to our center, all residents are assessed by our team to develop a comprehensive, customized treatment plan. Patients are assisted to reach their goals for recovery in a home-like environment by our team of caring and highly-qualified healthcare professionals.

Sexually Traumatized Female Veterans
The passage of Public Law 102-585 in 1992 enabled Veteran Centers and VA medical facilities to include outreach and counseling services for veterans who had experienced sexual trauma from harassment, assault, rape and/or violence. This law defines sexual harassment as "repeated, unsolicited, verbal or physical contact of a sexual nature which was threatening in character."
